Radio 2 loft conversions with Clive Holland incorrect facts

 

So firstly and most infuriating misinformation is "if you have a low roof of around 2m and you want a loft conversion you can't have one ! " absolute codswalop ! Although it's not easy to find a company that can do this , I've not spent the last 15 years raising roofs to form loft conversions in low roofs for nothing . 

2 Door closers are no longer a requirement in loft conversions ! They used to be but are no longer ! 

3 Fire doors for a loft conversion are not always a definite . 

4 All side facing veluxs need planning permission contrary to what Clive Holland has just said .
