This was a raise the roof loft conversion not 60 meters from another i'd done the previous year. My client unusually did his own plans and planning submission under our guidence ( not that he needed it ). The whole loft took just over 4 weeks. The ledge over the stairs was unavoidable as the combi boiler was in the loft before we started. But as you can see in a loft conversion every ledge can have its use to great effect.
